One-Year Temporary Full-Time Assistant Professor/Instructor Position in Mathematics

Qualifications: Ph.D./Ed.D. in mathematics, mathematics education or related field preferred; ABD and/or Masters considered.

 

The successful candidate will teach undergraduate mathematics courses for majors and non-majors.

Eastern Connecticut State University’s Mathematics Department is accepting applications for anticipated day and evening, part-time faculty openings for the 2007-2008 Academic Year.  The Department maintains a vita bank of current applications to which it refers, as part-time faculty needs become evident.

 

Part-time faculty must be willing to teach one or two courses in elementary mathematics or statistics.  Courses include Elementary Algebra, Intermediate Algebra, Mathematics for Liberal Arts, and Applied Statistical Analysis.

 

Qualifications:  Masters or above in mathematics, mathematics education, or related field.
