A "Mock GRE" session is scheduled for October 27th from 7-8pm (Webb 314). Kaplan will be presenting the "10 Question Challenge" to provide test taking strategies. The cost is $5.00.

Additionally, A "Mock Subject Test" GRE session is scheduled for October 30th from 6-7pm (Webb 110). The cost is $5.00.

These events are open to anyone; but, space is limited. Interested parties should contact Dr. Escoto via email to reserve a spot.

Psi Chi has scheduled Laser Tag with the PSY faculty!  A chance to shoot at your professors!!  This will  be happening on Monday October 20th at 7:00 at Zone Laser Tag in Danielson, CT.  Carpoolers will be meeting outside the main entrance of Webb at 6:00 in order to be in Danielson by 7:00.  This event is FREE for all Psi Chi members and PSY faculty and there will be FREE FOOD as well!!  Please RSVP to any Psi Chi officer or advisor if you plan to attend. 

Need money to defer the costs of graduate school or attending a conference?

The ECSU chapter of Psi Chi has created the Rich Bronson Scholarship Fund to help members defer the costs of the GRE, graduate school applications or membership to Psi Chi. Click here for the application.  Rich was a student in our department and a Psi Chi member. Rich's picture can be found on the picture page labeled Induction 2004. (Rich is on the far left of the picture).   Any Psi Chi Members can apply for these funds prior to April 24, 2009.

Nominations for the Professor of the Year Award will be collected in the Spring of 2009. Past winners include: Dr. Madeleine Fugere (2008), Dr. Carlos Escoto (2007), Dr. Wendi Everton (2006), Dr. Peter Bachiochi (2005), and Dr. Jeffrey Danforth (2004).
